How to place wining bids?
Getting registered with freelance job sites is no guarantee of getting job. To place a bid, you need to really think and make it convincing. There are better work opportunities than a regular job. So, it is up to you to use this for your own good.
Here are a few secrets of placing a winning bid:
- Place your bid only for the jobs that you can really do. Don’t try to bid on a category which you don’t have expertise in. Doing this will only harm your image and the client may give you a poor rating and a negative review.
- Your winning a project depends a lot on your profile. So, make your profile as impressive as you can. Your profile should be written with high quality English (without any type of mistakes). It should have all your positive qualities and other skills highlighted properly to impress the reader (client).
- Make your bid look professional. Explain why should you be chosen for the project. Provide some relevant documents to convince the client of your capabilities.
- Don’t bid unreasonably high. Keep in mind that there are many people competing for the project. So, just keep your bid as reasonable as possible.
Keeping these points in mind will definitely improve your chances of winning projects.

I am a webmaster on two freelance website and I usually look for a lancer with a good profile and I usually choose the people with the good profiles and it is really important that the lancer has a good price!
yes, it seems though you dont know exactly how much you want to pay for the project to be completed. btw great blog man!! keep it up!
Ricky is correct, sometimes the price seems to be put lower but the webmaster puts something at last minute and doesnt give you chance to put price up you know!
I would recommend that you outline exactly how you are going to complete the job and timelines for it. this ties in to point #3

This is very useful and can help you become very successful in Freelancing. I tried some of this and I won 3 bids in 1 day!
