How to use CURL in XAMPP
I receive many e-mails from my readers regarding my PHP & MySQL Development environment and xDebug on XAMPP most of those readers have trouble with running CURL on their XAMPP, also i find that over web have lots of explanations and How To-s for this issues some are good some are to way complicated so i decide to explain in brief what is and what is simple to do.
